With the assistance of Ms. N.P. Mehta, learned AGP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 & 3, we have perused the records.

Upon instructions, the learned AGP states that period of one year is required to complete verification. 4.

The petitioner has pointed out caste validity issued on 11.05.2010 to her real sister.

In this situation, we direct Respondent No. 1 - Committee to complete the exercise of verification within a period of six months from today. The order of status quo granted on 12.07.2017 to continue till then and shall be subject to it.

Writ Petition is thus partly allowed and disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
