After hearing sometime, we are not convinced to quash the proceedings without looking to the entire investigation papers 2.

Learned Addl.P.P. would submit that the investigation is about to complete and they would file a charge-sheet.

In the above peculiar facts, the applicant seeks for withdrawal with liberty to file a fresh after chargesheet. 4.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

We made it clear that we have not gone through the investigation papers and after filing of charge-sheet the matter will be decided on merits if apply for quashing of charge-sheet.
