After considering the material placed on record of the petition and going through the impugned orders, I find that the conclusions of the subordinate authorities regarding entitlement of the respondents - employees for the amount of gratuity and the interest on it are proper and based on evidence on record. The petitioners have not been able to point out any illegality or perversity in the impugned orders which necessitates interference by this Court in the extraordinary writ jurisdiction. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE Ansari
