It is noted that as per order dated 8/6/2017 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial), this application is made for effecting service upon defendant through Vice President as earlier notice issued to defendant through President of the Trust is returned back unserved since President is reported to be dead.

For the grounds mentioned in the application, same is liable to be allowed, in effect, applicant/plaintiff to take necessary steps to amend the cause title of civil suit as prayed in prayer clause (i) of the application.

The civil application stands allowed in the above terms. The amendment be carried out within two weeks.
