By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 08.01.2019 passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal, in L.A.C. No.562 of 2012.

Ms Agrawal holding for Ms Athalye, learned Advocate for appellant submitted that the amount is already deposited alongwith accrued interest.

In view of the statement made by learned Advocate for appellant, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 08.01.2019 passed in L.A.C. No.562 of 2012 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal.
