The applicant is a woman, who is in jail since 07/6/2016. Now, her custodial interrogation is not required. Therefore, the applicant, who is woman, could be released on bail. Hence, the order.
The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on her furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that she will attend the Court dates regularly, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
