By these applications, the petitioner is seeking to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent No.3 who died during the pendency of the petition.

It is explained that the respondent No.3 expired during the period when the COVID-19 pandemic was raging.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed in terms of prayers made therein.

Accordingly, the legal representatives of respondent No.3, details of whom are given in Civil Application (CAW) No.1409/2021, are permitted to be brought on record.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 has instructions to waive notice on behalf of legal representatives of respondent No.3. 7.

Accordingly, it is recorded that notice is waived on their behalf.
