Vide letter dated 08/11/2024, the Special Judge (MCOC Act) Nagpur seeks extension of time to dispose of the trial.

It is submitted in the letter that trial is at fag end and only three witnesses are remained, however, learned APP informed that only one witness is remained. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the letter, two months time is extended.

4.

Learned Special Court shall make every endeavour to dispose of the trial within two months and shall not seek further extension.

5.

Inform the Special Court accordingly.
