DATED :- JANUARY 07, 2022 Ms. R.K. Swami, learned counsel holding for Shri R.M. Tahaliyani, learned counsel for the petitioners, makes a statement that as on date only amount of Rs.7,000/- on account of arrears of maintenance and regular maintenance is due and payable, nothing survives in this petition, as the impugned order dated 12.08.2021, had directed the petitioner to lead her evidence, and that of her witness consequent to which the application for issuance of attachment of warrant would be considered.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the balance of Rs.7000/- shall be cleared within a period of ten days from today, accepting which statement, the petition is disposed of.

Needless to say that the decision of the learned Sessions Court in the challenge laid before him
