We have heard Mr.Wathore, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners, who seek clarification in regards the order dated 24th June, 2024, while the petition was disposed of. The same order granted liberty to the petitioners to take such steps as are permissible in law for processing the permission. In the wake of the order disposing of the petition with extreme clarity, we do not think that any further clarification is warranted. 2.

Being confronted, Mr. Wathore, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners seek permission to withdraw the application, to which permission we grant.
