By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the Centralized Admission Process for the under-graduate courses in the Academic Year 2016-17 as per the approval granted by the All India Council for Technical Education.

Ms. N.P. Mehta, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2 states that by referring to the list of Colleges that are permitted to participate in the Centralized Admission Process. In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with no order as to
