2] The petition challenges the order dated 18.7.2022 whereby the learned Industrial Court Amravati has rejected the application for interim relief. The petitioner had challenged his transfer from Panchayat Samiti Dhamangaon Railway to Panchayat Samiti Dharni effected by the order dated 10.5.2022. This order of transfer was challenged before the learned Industrial Court, which however has by the impugned order dated 18.07.2022 rejected the stay.

3] Mr. Dhore, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since a vacancy is available at Adegaon, Tq. Morshi, he has filed a representation with the

(2) 957wp4529.22 Respondent and the petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the representation. 4] Mr. Kale, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to this course of action, considering which the petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 8.8.2022 in accordance with the rules and regulations as applicable in that regard. 5] The petition is disposed of in above terms.

No costs.
