Ms. M.A. Barabde, learned A.G.P. appears for respondent No.1. Learned A.G.P. submits that contest is between Zilla Parishad and petitioners.

Advocate Kshirsagar submits that identical controversy is decided on 3rd July, 2018 by this Court. He has produced copy of that order passed in Writ Petition No.2528/2018 and connected matters for our perusal and it is taken on record as "Exh.A". 3.
Petitioners have joined at transferred place and request is for consideration of their representation for suitable posting to bring husband and wife at least within radius of 30 kilometers.

Above mentioned Writ Petition No.2528/2018 and three matters are disposed of on 3rd July, 2018 by us with necessary directions.

Hence, we direct respondent No.2 - Zilla Parishad to consider placement of petitioners or their spouse at a place within 30 kilometers of each other so as to reconcile with the distance norm stipulated in Government Resolution dated 27.2.2017.

We direct petitioners / their spouse to make representation pointing out vacancies accordingly within 15 days from today.

If such representation is made, it shall be decided by Chief Executive Officer within next six weeks. 8.
With these directions and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of writ petitions. No costs.
