We find that the right of the legal heirs of petitioner No.3 to sue survives in view of the grievance made in the petition. 2.

The civil application is, therefore, allowed. The legal heirs of petitioner No.3 be brought on record within a period of two weeks. The copy of the amended petition be filed on record and it be also furnished to each of the respondents.
