The present application is for grant of early hearing.

As per the contention of the applicant that he had filed Criminal Application for suspension of sentence which was subsequently withdrawn with liberty to move an application seeking early hearing. The applicant was on bail throughout the trial. He is the only bread earner of his family. He is having only mother who is old aged and there is nobody to look after her. 3.

Considering the ground mentioned in the application, early hearing is granted.

Criminal Application is disposed of.
