DATED : 25-06-2025 The applicant/appellant has moved this application for permitting them to deposit the enhanced compensation amount in this Court, for which the learned Advocate for respondent No. 1 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have given no objection.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application and the no objection of the respondents, the application is allowed. The applicant/appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque for the enhanced compensation amount by 14-07-2025. It is made clear that if the applicant/appellant fails to deposit the cheque for the enhanced compensation amount within the stipulated time, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
