DATED : JANUARY 4, 2016 The learned Single Judge while upholding the order of the learned Industrial Court has recorded a statement of respondent employer that appellant would be given preference while making appointments on daily wages on Class IV posts.

In that view of the matter, we find that no case is made out for interference with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The letters patent appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
