ATED :25th September, 2019 By this Revision, the applicant has challenged the judgment and order dated 12th June 2019 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Chandrapur in Criminal Appeal No.104/2013 and the judgment and order dated 14.8.2013 passed by learned JMFC, Ballarpur in Summary Criminal Complaint Case No. 8302/2008 convicting the applicant u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

The matter was referred for mediation vide order dated 14.08.2019. The report received from the Mediation Centre at High Court Nagpur, dated 13th September 2019, shows that the mediation is successful and the consent terms are annexed thereto.

Both the learned Advocates submit that the matter has been settled between the parties as per the consent terms.

25.09.REVN.142.19 Perused the report filed by the learned Mediator and the consent terms annexed thereto. The consent terms are duly signed by the respective parties as well as their Advocates. The mediation report is taken on record and marked as Exh.'
