The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 220/2018 registered at Ramnagar Police Station, Chandrapur for offence punishable under section 65(a) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act read with section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has no criminal antecedents.

In this view of the matter, the applicant can be protected.

In case of arrest in Crime 220/2018 the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with a solvent surety of the like amount. The applicant shall attend the Police Station Ramnagar, District Chandrapur every Saturday between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. till further orders. The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence
