The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has supplied the correct address of respondent No.12 vide Civil Application No.1614 of 2022.

The civil application is allowed.

Necessary correction in the address of the respondent No.12 be made within one week. Thereupon, office is directed to issue fresh notice to the respondent No.12, returnable on 05.04.2023.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent No.12 by private mode in addition to regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit to that effect by next date. Failure to serve the respondent No.12 by next date, the petition shall stand dismiss against the respondent No.12.
