This is an application filed by respondent Nos.1 to 4/claimants seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.5,13,479/- which was deposited by the appellantV.I.D.C. with the Registry of this Court vide CCDR No. 27179 dated 27/11/2019.

I have perused the contents in the application so also the impugned Judgment.

On due consideration, the applicants/ respondent Nos.1 to 4/claimants are permitted to Corrected as per Court's Order dated 29/08/2022 withdraw 75% of the aforesaid amount with accrued interest thereon subject to furnish usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

Respondent No.4 being the Power of Attorney for respondent Nos.1 to 3 is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount on his behalf and on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.
