CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPA) NO. 541/2021.

This is an application for seeking suspension of execution of sentence passed in Sessions Trial No. 94/2016 vide judgment and order dated 30.08.2021 by Additional Sessions

9APEAL389 Judge, Akola. The applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and the maximum sentence imposed is to undergo rigorous imprisonment for two years. During trial, the appellant was on bail and after conviction, the Trial Court has suspended the execution of sentence. The appellant has also deposited fine amount. In view of that, execution of substantive sentence passed in Sessions Trial No. 94/2016 is hereby suspended till final disposal of appeal.

In the meantime, the appellant - Pramod S/o Gangaram Kothalkar shall be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as imposed by the Trial Court while suspending sentence.
