DATED : 26-08-2025 The learned Advocate for the respondent No.1 submitted that during the pendency of the appeal, respondent No.1 died on 09/02/2025. He further undertakes to supply the names of the legal heirs of the respondent No.1 to the appellant within two weeks.

In response, the learned Advocate for the appellant submits that on receipt of the names of legal heirs, within two weeks, the appellant will file a necessary application to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record. Civil Application No.112/2023.

The learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant submitted that the appellant has complied with the order dated 11/06/2025 and has deposited the entire amount of compensation in the Court, and therefore, he urged to confirm the said order be confirmed.

Having considered the above fact and on perusal of the farad sheet, I find substance in the submission of the learned Advocate.

Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (ii) of the application and disposed of. 4.

List the matter on 01/10/2025.
