This is an application by the applicant/appellant for condonation of the delay of 41 days caused in filing the appeal. For the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of. The delay of 41 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal be registered accordingly. 3.

The appellant is hereby directed to deposit the entire amount of the Award, along with interest, in the Court within eight weeks from today. Interim relief to continue till then. 4.

It is made clear that if the appellant fails to deposit the entire amount as stated above, then the interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Belkhede
