This is an application for condonation of 137 days' delay in filing First Appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 read with Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

After going through the application, particularly paras 4 and 5 of the application, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant to condone the delay.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
