Heard.

The applicant is arrested on 19th March, 2017 in connection with crime registered against him and 4 others for offence punishable under Sections 364, 307, 120-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The crime is registered on the complaint lodged by Shraddha (niece of the applicant) that accused, opposing the love affair of the complainant with Vishwajeet, tried to kill her by throwing her in a valley.

The complainant, aged about 19 years, is daughter of sister of applicant. The name of applicant does not appear in the F.I.R. The F.I.R. shows that the accusations are against the father and paternal uncles' of the complainant.

The applicant, aged about 37 years, claims

2 ba584.17 that he is working as a Peon on temporary basis in private institution and he has to maintain his aged mother, physically challenged wife and minor children. The applicant has stated that he is not involved in any other crime / offence. The non-applicant has not been able to show that custody of the applicant is required for further investigation.

Considering the facts of the case, following order is passed:

The applicant having been arrested in connection with Crime No.200/2017 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rs. Ten Thousand) and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount.

The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
