By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondent no.1-Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati to decide the representation of the petitioner within a time frame. It is the case of the petitioner that though the petitioner had opted for his transfer to village Kata, a transfer order is issued in favour of Shri Irfan Ali Kasam Ali transferring him to Kata. It is stated that the petitioner is likely to be transferred to any other place to which the petitioner has not shown his inclination for posting. We would not issue the direction against the respondents, as sought. The petition is premature. The petitioner has not been transferred as yet to any place. It is also not known whether Shri Irfan Ali Kasam Ali had also opted for Kata, where the petitioner desires his posting. In the circumstances of the case, specially when the transfer of the petitioner is not effected, the petitioner should not have any grievance.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
