2.
The contention is that the names of appellant Nos.1 and 2 in the Tribunal's record and in the judgment of this Court are mentioned as Jayrabano Wd/o. Farukali and Sakalin S/o Farukali respectively. However, the names of appellant Nos.1 and 2 in Aadhar card and Bank Passbook are mentioned as "Jahera Bano Sayyed Farooque Ali" and "Sayyed Saqlain Sayyed Farooque Ali". It is contented that both the names appearing in the Aadhar cards and Bank accounts are of both the appellants.
3.
Perused the Aadhar cards of appellant Nos.1 and 2 which show the names of appellant Nos.1 and 2 as "Jahera Bano Sayyed Farooque Ali" and "Sayyed Saqlain Sayyed Farooque Ali". I find substance in the argument of the learned counsel for the appellants. Therefore, the Office is directed to consider the name of appellant No.1 as "Jahera Bano Sayyed Farooque Ali" and the name of appellant No.2 as "Sayyed Saqlain Sayyed Farooque Ali" appeared in the Aadhar cards and permit them to withdraw the compensation amount and deposit the Court fees in the names mentioned in Aadhar cards and Bank accounts. 4.
In above said terms, the applications are disposed of. JUDGE Tambe
