The accusation against the applicant is that he forwarded Whatsapp message which hurt the religious sentiment of a particular community.

The applicant has attended the Police Station Aheri pursuant to the interim order dated 22.06.2018 and has co-operated with the Investigating Officer. In the light of the accusation and the material on record, this application shall have to be allowed. In the event of arrest in Crime 101/2018 registered at Police Station Aheri, District Gadchiroli, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount. The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner. JUDGE NSN
