This is an application for seeking modification of the order dated 13.03.2024 whereby the respondent nos.1 and 2 are allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation with interest.

It is stated that after the order was passed respondent no.2 - Rekha Bakre died on 27.05.2024. The death certificate is produced on record at Document-3. It is stated that the compensation was awarded in favour of respondent nos.1 and 2. Respondent no.4 who is the son of respondent nos.1 and 2, was joined as a formal party. It is stated that respondent no.1 alone is entitled to withdraw the amount.

I have perused the application. In view of the facts stated in the application, Clause 4 of the order dated 13.03.2024 is modified as follows.
