Heard to some extent. It was noticed that the same challenge is raised by the petitioner in Civil Writ Petition No.7397 of 2022, which is admittedly pending. 2.

In the scenario, on same state of facts it is not desirable to go on with this matter since the decision on said Civil Writ Petition has repercussion on the present prosecution.
