The applicant is arrested on 08.06.2020.

Thus, the applicant is behind bar since the date of his arrest. Admittedly, the trial is not commenced, as no witnesses are examined. But now, the roznama shows that muddemal property is already deposited and trial can be commenced at any point of time. Learned trial Court shall expedite the trial, considering the trial is pending since 2020 and shall make every endeavour to dispose of the trial within six months.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he is withdrawing the application with liberty to file after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
