It is pointed out by the learned A.P.P. that in paragraph No.16 of the order dated 13.10.2025 while quoting paragraph No.85 inadvertently citation "Ranjitsing Brahmajeetsing Sharma Vs. State of Maharashtra and Anr. reported in (2005) 5 SCC 294" is mentioned instead of citation "Prasad Shrikant Purohit Vs. State of Maharashtra and another reported in (2015) 7 SCC 440.

Further, paras 45 and 46 are quoted from "Ranjitsing Brahmajeetsing Sharma Vs. State of Maharashtra and Anr. reported in (2005) 5 SCC 294"
