Heard.

The learned counsel for the respondent-husband makes a statement that as per the consent terms filed in the Family Court No.2 at Pune on 3.4.2018, the respondent-husband has deposited the amount by way of D.D. in following manner :

(1) D.D. of Rs.2 lakhs on 15/05/2018 in the name of Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune.

(2) D.D. of Rs.2 lakhs on 15/06/2018 in the name of Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune.

(3) D.D. of Rs.2 lakhs on 13/07/2018 in the name of Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune.

The learned counsel for the petitioner-wife has verified the receipts with regard to the fact that the amount has been deposited in the Family Court. In view of the said position, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. Permission granted.

M.C.A. stands disposed of as withdrawn.
