The applicants are arrested in connection with crime registered against them and others for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusations that because of dispute which took place on 21st May, 2017, when the complainant was going on his motor-cycle the applicants and other persons, who are shown as accused in Crime No.108 of 2017, stopped the complainant and assaulted the complainant with iron pipes, sticks and stones and set the motorcycle of the complainant ablaze.

Counter complaints are registered against the group of complainant and group of applicants. Criminal Application (BA) No. 526 of 2017 filed by Nikhil Punjaji Khandare and another accused in crime registered on the complaint of applicant No.1 are released on

2 ba585.17 bail as per the order passed by this Court on 19th June, 2017. The applicants claim to be agriculturists and have stated that they are not involved in any other crime / offence. The nonapplicant has not been able to point out that the custody of the applicants is required for further investigation. Considering the facts of the case, following order is passed :

The applicants having been arrested in relation to Crime No.108/2017, registered by the non-applicant, they be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs.Twenty Five Thousand each.
