ATED : 14th January, 2021 At the outset, Mr. Sirpurkar, learned Advocate for applicant submits that the charge has already been framed in the matter, by the trial Court.

After hearing the learned Advocate for the applicant for quite some time, when the Court was not inclined to pass order in favour of the applicant, he sought permission to withdraw the instant Application with liberty to file bail application before the Court below if the trial does not proceed against the applicant within a period of six months. Permission granted. Criminal Application (BA) No. 1158/2020 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with liberty as prayed for.
