Challenge is to the notice before attachment dated 24/06/2016 issued by respondent no.1.

Under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, revisionary powers are with the State Government and Registrar. Bypassing the provisions under Section 154, petitioner has straightway approached this Court under the extraordinary jurisdiction.

Since the equally efÏcacious remedy is available to petitioner, petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
