Mr. Khati, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached this Court seeking protection of his services. However, since the larger Bench of this Court in the case of Arun .vs. State of Maharashtra reported in 2015 (1) Mh.L.J. 457, has held that the claim for protection can be considered only after the decision of the Scrutiny Committee, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition with further liberty to renew his request after the decision by the Scrutiny Committee. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
