The applicant is arrested on 24th May, 2017 in connection with crime registered against him for offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 322, 324, 354, 452, 294, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The record shows that Nikhil, belonging to the applicant's group had also lodged complaint against Ramdas and others, on the basis of which Crime No.108/2017 is registered. The accusation against the persons against whom Crime No.107/2017 is registered, is that they assaulted the members of other party because of which about five persons suffered injuries. It is further alleged that some of the accused molested daughter of the complainant.

2 ba586.17 The applicant, aged about 28 years, claims to be an agriculturist and has stated that he is not involved in any other crime / offence. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that custody of applicant is required for further investigation. Co-accused Nikhil and Prem are released on bail as per order passed by this Court on 19th June, 2017. Today an order is passed on application filed by two accused against whom Crime No.108/2017 is registered directing that they be released on bail.

Considering the facts of the case, following order is passed:

The applicant having been arrested in connection with Crime No.107/2017 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.25,000/-(Rs. Twenty Five Thousand). The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
