The petitioner is challenging the order dated 4.6.2006 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court-3, Daryapur in Misc. Criminal Application 8 of 2015 thereby issuing process for offence punishable under section 500 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and respondent 1 Rajendra Pakhan, the complainant in Misc. Criminal Application 8 of 2015 have settled their interse disputes amicably. The petitioner and respondent 1 have placed on record a joint undertaking dated 6.4.2018 which is marked Exh. - A for identification. The petitioner and respondent 1 are present and assure this Court that the joint undertaking shall be honoured scrupulously.

In view of the settlement of the disputes interse, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.
