Sk. Azim Shah Raiman Shah and another Shri P.R.Agrawal, Advocate for the appellant. Shri A.W.Paunikar, Advocate for respondent/Insurance.

O R D E R

(Passed on 13th August, 2022) Appellant Nos. 1 and 2 are personally present on behalf of themselves and on behalf of appellant nos. 3 and 4 and they have been identified by their counsel. Shri Paunikar, learned counsel for the Insurance Company. Both the parties have confirmed that the matter has been amicably settled between them and thereby Respondent no.2/Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional amount of Rs.3,00,000- to the appellants. Insurance Company has agreed to deposit the amount of compensation as per the settlement within 90 days from today before the Labour Court, Amravati. The settlement arrived at between the parties is on the following terms :

"1. That both the parties arrived for settlement of First Appeal in Lok Adalat and agreed to compromise the appeal at the full and final settlement amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rs. Three Lakhs only)

2. The Insurance Company shall deposit the compromise amount within 90 days, in the Labour Court, Amravati.

Accordingly, the appellants do not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted.

Court fee, if any, be refunded as per Rules.

On deposits of amount of compensation as per the settlement by the Insurance Company, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the amount. Pending applications(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
