This court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to applicants 2 and 3 in view of the antecedents. The learned counsel for the applicant 2 and 3 seeks leave to withdraw the application unconditionally. The application, in respect of the applicants 2 and 3 is disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally.

The applicant 1 has no criminal antecedents. In the teeth of the material against the applicant 1 and the fact that he has no criminal antecedents the interim order dated 22.06.2018 is confirmed in respect of applicant 1 with the modification that the applicant 1 shall attend Police Station Chamorshi, Tahsil Chamorshi, District Gadchiroli as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
