After hearing for sometime, when this Court expressed its mind, not to pass any favourable orders in favour of the applicant, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to move this Court again, if there is no effective hearing in the trial of the case, within a period of one year from today.

Criminal Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly with liberty as prayed for.
