By this application, the applicants have sought a direction for calling record and proceedings pertaining to Sessions Trial No.484 of 2013. The said trial concerned a co-accused person, who was separately tried and who stood acquitted. According to the learned counsel for the applicants, records of that case would be relevant for a comprehensive hearing of the present appeal.

In view of the above, the criminal application is allowed. It is directed that the record and proceedings pertaining to Sessions Trial No.484 of 2013, are called and produced before this Court, within a period of two weeks
