This is an application giving correct address of nonapplicant Suresh Waghmare. As per application, the non-applicant resides at house of Tanaji Gangadhar Shirshagar, Mardi, Taluka Aundha, District Hingoli.

On 13.7.2016 this Court issued Bailable Warrant against the non-applicant. However, said Bailable Warrant could be executed for want of correct address.

Since the State is now furnishing correct address, as mentioned in the present application, issue fresh Bailable Warrant against the non-applicant on his correct address in the sum of .....2/-
