Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections by order dated 10-03-2025. He further contends that since in the original petition no notice was issued to the respondents, notice of this application to them be dispensed with. Since no notice was issued to the respondents in the original petition, the notice to the respondents of this application is dispensed with. 2.

Perusal of the application indicates that sufficient reason is recorded for condonation of delay of 21 days. Hence, application stands allows in terms of prayer clause -(1). Writ Petition St. No.21745/2024 stands restored.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within a period of two weeks. If office
