DATE : 05/07/2023 1] The petition challenges the order dated 15.4.2023 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Bhandara, allowing the application for condonation of 8 days delay.

2] The ground raised in the petition is that the resolution by the Committee to file the appeal was not placed on record. That in my considered opinion cannot be a factor to be taken into consideration for deciding the application for condonation of delay. I therefore do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. The petition is therefore dismissed. No costs.
