Heard learned counsel for the applicant and respondent Nos.1 to 3. As regards respondent No.4, the application is already dismissed in default. Respondent No.5 though duly served with notice, has not appeared.
Hence for the reasons stated in paragraphs 2 to 5 as the sufficient cause is made out, by allowing this application, delay is condoned. Office is directed to register the appeal against the respondent Nos.1 to 3

No.1832 of 2014 In view of the order passed by this Court on 18/07/2014, the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation in this Court. In view thereof, the order of ad interim stay is confirmed till the decision of the appeal.
