Though on 14.1.2021 this Court (Coram :

Smt.Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) granted six months' time to appellants to file paper book, appellants have not filed paper book.

Today also, when the matter is called out for the same purpose, learned counsel for appellants prays further time of six weeks to file paper book. 4.

Further six weeks' time is granted to appellants to file paper book, however by way of last chance subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur. 5.

It is made clear that if paper book is not filed within the stipulated time, the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court and if an application for restoration of the appeal is filed, Register (J) .....2/-

fa219.18 8 shall not accept the same unless costs Rs.5000/- are deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur.
