The applicants/appellants have filed this application to condone the delay of 267 days caused in filing the appeal. In response, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 has given no objection. It further appears that despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 1 and 2, none appears on their behalf. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application as well as the no objection of respondent No.3, the application is allowed. The delay of 267 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered accordingly.
